A reservation fee of $250 is required to complete your booking. This fee is not refundable, but may be transferred in case you need to reschedule your shoot no later than 72 hours (three days) before your initial appointment.
If changes are made or if the appointment is cancelled later than 72 hours before your scheduled photo session, the reservation fee will be forfeited and considered a payment for liquidated damages.

Terms and Conditions: To reserve the Session Date, Client shall pay to Photographer a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of $250.00. Client understands and agrees that Photographer will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that Client cancels the portrait session less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or fails to attend the session on the Session Date, for any reason, Photographer shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, Client agrees that, in the event of cancellation by Client, such $250 shall be forfeited by Client and considered payment to Photographer as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. Client and Photographer agree that such amount is reasonable. By making this purchase you acknowledge that you have read our cancellation policy and agree to these terms and conditions.
